For Europe, we offer Free Standard Shipping with all orders (approximately 2/3 working days). If you require faster delivery you can choose the Express option and receive the order in 1 to 2 working days. Express shipment in Europe is charged 20 euro. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
NON EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS SHIPPING COSTS
We ship Worldwide offering Free Standard Shipping (approximately 2/5 working days). If you require faster delivery you can choose the Express option and receive the order in 1 to 2 working days. Express Worldwide shipment is charged 40 euro. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer once the order has shipped. All orders are processed Monday through Friday.
WILL I BE CHARGED TAX OR DUTY?
For non European destinations import duties that may apply on entry to the destination country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties. IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from the Lidovenezia warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. The customer bears the responsibility for items during returns and exchanges.
We are sure you will love our design and quality, but if for any reason you want to return your product you can do it with a full refund. If you wish to return an item please email firstname.lastname@example.org before sending the item back.
Please make sure your name/order # is in the package and include any paperwork if available. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached. All returns are free of charge if the item is proven to be defective.If the product is not defective, shipping costs related to the return of goods are at the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned products. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where Lidovenezia finds: use or partially use of the item, the absence of elements of the product, damage to the product. In those cases we will return to sender the item purchased and charge to the Customer the shipping costs
